When you request a quote, book a visit, or contact us, we collect the details you give us — name, phone, email, ZIP code, and what you tell us about your pool. We use it for exactly one thing: providing and scheduling pool services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers. Service details live in our scheduling system so your technician knows your pool's history. If you'd like your information corrected or deleted, email contact@aplus-pools.com and we'll take care of it.

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help visitors. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.

Estimates shown by the instant-quote tool are estimates only — a real quote follows a conversation or site visit, and every job is custom-quoted to the pool in front of us.

Educational articles in The Deep End are general guidance, not a substitute for testing your own water. Pool chemistry varies with equipment, weather, bather load, and fill water; when in doubt, test — or call us.

Scheduled visits include the services listed on your plan or booking confirmation. Weather delays happen; we reschedule promptly and tell you before you have to ask. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before a visit.
